My state refund was approved AND issued on January 30th. Its been almost a week now and my refund has still NOT been deposited on my turbotax card. What is the issue? I have NEVER had this problem when I direct deposit into my bank account.

Once your refund status for the State shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit funds into your account.

You could try contacting the TurboTax Visa Prepaid Card Customer Service and if they don't have record of it, I would contact your State directly:
