turbotax desktop 2024: how to get IT-225 Form back

I have a NY_PFL value listed in W-2. When I got to the NY state tax filing stage and filed the same number there, I kept getting the same error " turbotax other additions/subtractions stmt(225): additions - code A-101 should not be entered directly on the other additions and subtractions statement for state electronic filing. you should enter the information on the federal return, form w-2". It didn't allow me to complete the e-file.

I read the some posts and tried to delete the form IT-225 from the Forms tab so I can redo this part, the deletion works BUT I couldn't find the option get the form back now (no subsection related to NY-PFL under wage adjustment). I have been frustrated for hours and couldn't find a solution. Could anyone help with my question?

Sometimes NY paid family leave appears in Box 14 W-2 , which is not Code A-101, but the program seems to categorize it as an IRC 125.

Also, if you are getting the error message shown on the image below, and it comes as "0", delete both of them. Before clicking "Continue", remove both "0's" as shown below

This was happening to me, this is the only thing that worked - a different person explained how:

Thanks for your reply! I read that post as well, but I cannot find  "IT-225" and "Other Additions & Subtractions (225)" in my turbotax now after I deleted the IT-225 and thought I can redo this part again.
