Turbotax does not do the business deduction for Ohio
We have taken the OH business income deduction every year since it's been available, and our returns have always been accepted; we meet all the criteria for the deduction. However, Turbotax does not reflect the deduction and always tells me I owe many thousands in state taxes, when in fact I always get a refund. I must do the OH taxes by hand. See the screen shot of the current OH website; all business income by an individual is OK. What criteria does the program use? Can the software be updated to correctly apply the deduction?
