TurboTax doesn't have my federal e-file record thus doesn't allow me to e-file my state return

I have e-filed my federal return first in TurboTax desktop premier version. I received an email from IRS confirming my return has been accepted and my tax due has been pulled out from my bank as well. I tried to e-file my federal return again, then it says a duplicate return has been transmitted.

Now I want to e-file my state return, but TurboTax says I have to e-file my federal return first. It looks like there's no e-file history of my return. How should I e-file my state return now?
