Turbotax has my business mileage in it multiple times. How do I get rid of the extra lines?

You only enter business mileage when you enter business vehicle expenses. So, you must have more than one vehicle entered in TurboTax if you have multiple vehicle mileage entries.

You need to go to where you enter your business income and expenses, find the screen that says Your Business and then look for Business Vehicle Expenses under Business Expenses. Work through that section to find where you have made duplicate vehicle expense entries.
