Question

Turbotax incorrectly told me2file my taxes in Indiana for 2019. I live in KY but worked exclusively in IN. My work said that sounded correct. But IN rev service says NO

Why can’t I talk to a TurboTax rep about my 2019 return that TurboTax screwed up?

You can speak to a person, you just have to go through the procedure to do that. You can get Turbotax support contact information, including phone numbers, at this link: https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/index.jsp

TurboTax doesn't file your taxes, you do, using their software.  You will just need to amend your 2019 tax returns.  https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/amend-return/how-to-file-an-amended-return-with-the-irs/L6kO691J8
