Turbotax is attempting to file an amended state return but I never filed my original return

Turbotax is telling me that it cannot efile because I'm filing an amended state return for NY State. I never filed my original return, what on earth is going on? I'm filing my original return now. There does not seem to be a way to change which form Turbotax appears to be filing.

Please help! How on earth do I tell it not to amend?

That would be helpful except... I'm doing this on Intuit's website. There is no menu item to select like this:

- From the menu, select Cancel Amend

On the website, it says TurboTax Deluxe in the upper left, followed (going down) by Tax Home, Documents, then under 2022 Taxes, it has Federal, State Taxes, Review, File, Upgrade, Tax Tools, Intuit Account, Espanol, Sign Out. None of these menus has a "Cancel Amend" option.

Along the top it has Explain my Taxes, Notification, Price Preview, Search, Help, Live Tax Advice. These do not have menu options for canceling.

How do I cancel an amended return that is online?
