TurboTax Successfully Transmitted to NYS But NYS Shows No Record

Within my TurboTax desktop software I show that my return to New York State was successfully transmitted and I also received an e-mail confirming. I have been checking the New York State Tax site for updates and have received (below) the same message for the past six weeks. The phone numbers provided are all automated. Any suggestions on how to proceed in getting my refund?

"We do not have any information about your return at this time. E-filed returns could take one week to post to our system; mailed returns can take up to three weeks to post to our system. If you e-filed, check your email, tax software or tax preparer to ensure it has been accepted."

It sometimes takes a little while for your State to Upload your data into their Electronic File Data Lookup System. But, it should not take six weeks for your return to be reflected in their system.
