Unable to e-file Texas Franchise Tax Return

As an S-Corp entity, I'm not able to efile for a final return. TurboTax says Form 05-102 and 05-167 should not be completed for a final return. How do I remove the forms or how do I prevent these forms being part of the return?

You can click on the Forms icon on your menu bar, which will bring up a list of forms in your program. Then, click on the form you want to delete and it will show on your screen. Then, see the Delete Form option on the bottom of the screen and click on it to delete the form.
