Unable to Print my State, school district or Rita tax paperwork

I filed my Federal Taxes, State and School District electronically. I also filled out the Form 37 to mail in to Rita Tax Place. My Federal and State and SD were accepted. The Turbo Tax program won't let me print my State, SD, or Rita Tax forms. Why?????

Download your returns as a pdf and then print from a pdf. To print to PDF follow these steps:

Sign in to TurboTax
Click Add a State. You will not actually add a state, this will open the return up to access tax tools
Click tax tools
Click Print, Save, or Print this years return
Save as PDF, and print

Also check these options:

Shut your computer and printer down for 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
Make sure your printer and computer have all updates installed.
If using TurboTax Desktop, make sure you've downloaded all updates.
