Unable to transmit return - keeps checking healthcare marketplace

I'm filing a fed and state return and have passed all the checks and paid for the state return.  I click on the "transmit the returns" and I get the 'We Need to check on one more thing' which takes me to the Healthcare Marketplace form which neither my spouse nor I use.  It loops and I cannot transmit the returns.  Help!

    Did you answer "no" to the question "Do you have a Form 1095-A?"

     

    Try clearing your cache and cookies.  Also, go out of the program and back in. Make sure you run all updates available when you open your TurboTax program.  There are still forms that are being updated.

     

    Here are some troubleshooting tips for issues with your return transmitting:

     

    If you select the "Transmit my return now" button, and it doesn't work, you might need to troubleshoot your web browser as follows:.

    1. Turn off any pop-up blockers.
    2. Try using a different web browser. For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Firefox or Safari instead.
    3. Delete your browser cookies.

    If you're not able to e-file because your tax forms aren't ready yet, forms are released by state and federal tax authorities on different dates throughout the year.
