Question

Under box 20 for NY it has 490401-49 NORTH. It's not accepting this as a locality name. I'm not sure how to proceed. Please help?

    For NY, there are two localities you can choose from.

     

    1. NYC - New York city which includes the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn and Queens OR
    2. YON - Yonkers

    If you are unsure, you can enter the address and find which Withholding Tax Jurisdiction (locality) using the New York Lookup Tool
