Under the state review I have a check this entry "Schedule IL-WIT income Tax Withehld: Spein must be entered." There is nothing labeled spein on the form.

I believe that would be the State Employer Identification Number. It should be listed on your W2.

If not, try using their Federal EIN number, that is always listed on the W2.

If the EIN does not work, you will have to ask your employer what their state ID number is.
