Question

Under the 'your state returns' tab, it says transfer complete but there are no buttons to continue. What do I do to complete state returns?

It also says "next, we'll hunt for state-specific tax savings for you." but nothing tell me to continue and it isn't loading anything.

You may have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in.
