I received unemployment income from Oklahoma, but I've lived in Florida all year.  Do I have to file a tax return for Oklahoma, or just Florida?

Unemployment is only taxed where you live, regardless of where it was issued from. However, FL does not have income tax.

Do you have any Oklahoma taxes withheld on your 1099-g form? If yes, you need to file non-resident Oklahoma return to receive a refund.

How do I file a nonresident state return?
