Unsure of "Where is this distribution from?" Question

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to do my parents tax returns in Turbo Tax, but am having some difficulty with the question "Where is this distribution from?". I'm prompted to select the source of the distribution but am unsure what to select.

My dad withdrew money from his TIAA Cref retirement account, but it's not obvious what option to select for this. The default is 'None of the above (select for deferred compensation 457 plans)', and I'm wondering if I should just select that? Please see the screenshot below for the other options. I would be grateful for any help!

Unfortunately, we have no way to telling what the source of his retirement income is here. You can either talk to him and ask him or contact the company directly to see if they can help you determine if it was earned from one of the other sources.
