US Obligations exempt-interest dividends from federal tax return

I have entered the percent of "US obligations exempt-interest dividends from federal tax return" and Turbo Tax has deducted an amount from my taxable dividends for my state return. I cannot find a list in Turbo Tax of the amounts that add up to the total amount being deducted by Turbo Tax. The amount I think it should be is about one half of what Turbo Tax thinks it should be. How can I find the list of Turbo Tax calculated amounts?

not sure if you are on desktop or online but even with forms mode on desktop there's no easy way to see breakdown/list making up the state subtractions, you just have to go back through the 1099s (1099-INT Box 3, 1099-DIV Box 1a * US Gov %, 1099-OID Box 😎 to work out where it is coming from.

desktop forms mode does make it easier to see the US Gov $ amounts as you can quickly scroll through the 1099-DIVs and it shows the amount at the top, also 1099-INT Box 3; not sure equivalent if you are using online but I think you can get to PDF of the return with "all forms and worksheets".

Thank you -- your reply was very helpful. By going through all the Schedule B assets in Forms mode (not so easy in Easy Step mode), I was able to find a mistake (mine) which accounted for the discrepancy. However, it would be much easier if TurboTax created a worksheet listing the entries that make up the total.
