Turbo Tax requested I fix a few errors, where do I find this information? I have not received this form or I can't find it.

Can I just put 0? or where can I request/view a copy

The California use tax rate is the same rate as the sales tax rate of 7.5% and is generally due on purchases made from out-of-state sellers or on items brought into the state for either storage or use. See here for more information from the California Franchise Tax Board on this issue.

If this doesn't apply to you, you can enter zero.
