Utah State Tax will not load

Completed federal taxes. Purchased state also but will not load Utah. It shows Utah and when I click to complete the Utah tax Turbo Tax goes thru the update routine and the nothing. State Tax will not load. What is the issue. Restarted several times, did not fix issue.

I have the same problem with NY.

I had to initislly remove and reload because the activation screen did not come up.

I got that to work and completed the Federal - when I tried to proceed to State it would not load.

Seemed like it went into a loop - continually loading state but never worked.

This is an older thread that you are posting on. Can you please provide more specific details of the issue you are experiencing, the area of the state program you are in, and the version of TurboTax you are using?

Work around does not work for Utah

Hello

It may work for NY and Mass but not UTAH. I tired them both and received the same error message. No problems with eh Federal. I even reloaded the entire program twice but same results.

The upgrade patch can not be installed by the window updater service.
