VA state requires E-filing but TT won't do forms correctly to allow me

Here is a log of some errors I keep getting.

PTET Schedule of Adjustments Part 3 Line 10: pass through part III line 10 must be
equal to amt. on Form 502 PTET, Section II line 7 $-410

502 PTET: Line 20 is invalid for State E Filing. Negative numbers not allowed
in this field. (but couldn't change it)

I was finally able to change one of them but if they aren't the same, it throws an error because they must match.

I have an apartment house and it has a loss. Because there are negative numbers, it throws these errors and I can't get it filed!

Another error it keeps showing:

VK-1 LINE 7 VA apportionment
We have an apartment house and none of choices there apply but it keeps pointing to this as error
wanting me to check a box
