I bought a vacation condo for personal use in Memphis TN. I reside in Mississippi full time. I paid property tax on the purchase price. Do I need to file additionally for Tennessee?

If you have no income from TN, you're not required to file a TN tax return.

No. You would only file in Tennessee if you had income from Tennessee.  Plus, Tennessee does not have a personal income tax, although it has other taxes, so even if you were to "work from home" from your vacation home for a month (which would normally be considered taxable in the state where you were working at the time), you would not owe personal income tax to Tennessee.
