Vermont Form IN-152A Form not showing up in "Forms in My Return"

Filed Federal taxes under the Annualized Installment Method using From 2210.  The corresponding Vermont Form is IN-152A. 

I can find VT Form IN-152A when I click the “Forms” icon instead of the “Step-by-Step” icon and browse for that specific form.  I can see VT Form IN-152A is filled out on Turbo Tax.  However, when I go to select e-file or view the “Forms in my Return” the VT IN-152A form DOES NOT show up!   This appears to be an error in Turbo Tax.  When can I expect it to be corrected? 

Prefer to efile and do not want my state return hung up for a missing this form or worse yet showing a penalty  because the state did not use the Annualized Income Installment method to calculate taxes due.
