I had no Virginia state income tax liability in 2019 and therefore TurboTax did not prepare estimated tax vouchers. In reviewing my current 2020 taxes, it looks like I will owe Virginia state income tax this year.
Can someone please confirm that I still do NOT need to pay estimated taxes based on owing nothing in 2019.
