My Virginia 760PY tax form is showing standard deduction with no way to change it to itemized. My federal return is itemized deductions and I want to do the same on my Virginia return as virtually everything on my federal Schedule A was Virginia related. I can pull up the form but unable to fill it in or change from Standard to Itemized. What am I missing?
