I live in DC but one of my W2's has my previous MD address with MD state taxes. Can I still file my taxes or should I wait to get a corrected W2?

It doesn't matter. The only address that matters is the one you enter under the personal info tab in the "mailing address" section.

Yes, you can still file.

It is not uncommon for the address on your W2 to be wrong because people move all the time.

If you were no longer a resident of Maryland when the taxes were withheld, you need to file a Non-Resident return for a refund

To clarify the above just a tad bit more. 🙂
If MD was your resident state at the start of the tax year, and DC is your "new" resident state at the end of the tax year, then you will be filing a part-year resident return for both, if you earned income in MD during the time of residency there, and if you earned income in DC during the time of residency there.
