W2 issue

I relocated to Florida from Ohio in late 2023, then retired 12/31/2023.  My employer never corrected my location and withholdings for state and local taxes.  Then upon retirement, they paid me a lump sum for annual leave in January 2024, which included the errors for taking out Ohio State and local taxes.  So my W2 shows the earnings for Ohio along with the withholding.  How do I report this in TurboTax, and enable a full refund of the state and local taxes that were withheld erroneously?

You need to file an Ohio non-resident tax return. It is possible you owe taxes to Ohio since the income reported was for work you did in that state.
