My Kansas state refund was delayed due to not having a W2 form submitted with my taxes. If Turbotax is aware that Kansas state wants your W2, why isn’t it submitted along with the state tax return? Something they could do in second could prevent a 8-9 week delay in state refund processing. And had I not called inquiring about the delay, I wouldn’t have known because Turbotax kept telling me it was okay on their end.
