When I go to finalize my taxes, the Washington State family credit form prevents the federal taxes to be final, with my Federal Forms 1040 ES to have watermarks on them saying "Forms Not Final, Do Not File".
How can I eliminate this Washington State form for Family credits. I don't have any kids in the home.
