Question

We kept getting an error about California Information Worksheet. We have made sure everything is correct. Why is this looping us? We cannot delete it or start over either

We also already paid for the State Tax Return BEFORE it submitted and said there was the error.

I recommend going through the state interview section again just to make sure there isn't a yes or no box that needs to be completed.  It could be something as simple as checking a box as well.
