WE live in Fla. State . My wife drives for uber eats does she have to file State taxes like DR -405 or any other form?

Depending on the type of property your wife owns for her business, you may have to file Form DR-405. Per the instructions for Form DR-405, you do not include most automobiles, trucks, and other licensed vehicles. Therefore, unless your wife owns property other than a vehicle used in her business, she would not need to file Form DR-405.

Since there is no personal income tax in Florida, you do not have to file a state income tax return.
