Question

We moved to TX from LA and TT is asking me what the adjustments to Louisiana Taxable Income will be for LA taxes. How do I figure that out?

There is a list of adjustments available on the screen. If any of those apply to your LA income, add them together and put them in the box.

getting the same prompt. To be blunt, isn't this something the software should do? I have entered information about all these topics. @AmyC

No, TurboTax doesn't know what part if any of these adjustments belong to each state.  If the adjustment(s) was(were) something that occurred over your time in both states, you have to allocate based on the time in each state.  If the adjustment(s) only occurred while in one state then apply the entire amount to the applicable state.
