what amount to enter in line 1 of part 1 - financial adjustments - reconciliation worksheet

I'm amending my 2023 tax return. I am confused and not sure if I need to enter (in line 1 of part1 - financial adjustments - reconciliation worksheet) the amount due that is shown on the RESULT of my amended tax or the total of ORIGINAL due + amount due on the RESULT of the amended tax. Greatly appreciate all your help.
