What category do I pick for CLFA if I am filling tax returns for New York?

Since the category for your CFLA deduction in Box 14 is not listed as an option, then you can select the category labeled Other - not on the list above. 

CFLA is the amount of wages for vaccination and sick leave under the American Rescue Plan Act for leave between 4/1/2021 and 9/30/2021. This is different from the deductions, such as CLF and CLP, which are sick leave wages because of care you required or because of care you provided to another under Families First Coronavirus Response Act for leave between 1/1/2021 and 3/31/2021. CLF and CLP (sick leave wages) have categories for Box 14. 

Generally, the Box 14 items of your W-2 are for informational purposes and would not affect your income tax return.
