What category would I select for box 14 since I had to pay the CTPL tax from the state of CT? Other deductible state or local tax? or Other not classified?

CTPL in Box 14 would be classified as Other (deductible state or local tax)

The Internal Revenue Service has categorized employee contributions to Paid Family and Medical Leave programs as state income taxes for federal income tax purposes.  These contributions are deductible on federal income tax returns as state income taxes for taxpayers that itemize their deductions.

Connecticut Paid Leave
