If you have been a resident of your state the entire year, you should go back to the Personal Info section of your return and double-check your entries.
First, start by signing in (or continuing) your return. Then follow these steps:
- Select the Personal Info Tab
- On the Personal Info Summary screen select edit next to your name
- Scroll down to Tell us the state(s) you lived in and make sure you have selected "no" that you did not live in another state
