I work remotely in PA as a student worker at an organization located in PA. My home address is in New Jersey and my state is listed as NJ on the W-2. Does this mean I file my wages, salary, and tips in my NJ tax return, and put $0 earnings for PA? I'm not sure how to go about this.

You only need to file an NJ tax return.

NJ and PA have tax reciprocity for W-2 wages and salaries.  That means that NJ residents are not subject to PA income tax on their W-2 earnings.

If your only earnings from PA were W-2 wages, and if no PA income tax was withheld from your pay, then in the Personal Info section of TT enter NJ as your state of residence, and answer NO to the question about having other state income.
