Did you see "TCS TREAS 449 TAX REF."? This means that part or all of your refund has been taken under the Treasury Offset Program, by which the US Treasury collects certain debts that you owe (child support, student loans, etc.)

 

You should get a letter from the Treasury soon explaining what they did, or you could just go the link above and call them.
