USE is "unemployment compensation exemption." It's the federal subtraction for up to $10,200 of unemployment per taxpayer for households with less than $150,000 on income.

 

The IRS still requires you to report all your unemployment on your tax return (even if it is all exempt). Any part eligible for the exemption is subtracted. The notation "UCE" explains what it is.
