What if I don't have my Illinois 2019 Adjusted Gross Income and I don't have an eight-digit Illinois PIN or an Illinois driver's license? How am I going to file my taxes?

My license is from Virginia and that's the only State ID I have and I can't file my taxes because of it

If you do not have anyway to verify your identity online, you can still mail your tax returns instead to meet the filing deadline.
