Since MI and IN have reciprocal agreements, if you live in MI, you would not file a nonresident IN return.

If your only IN income is wages, you do not file an IN return unless IN state tax was withheld by error (box 17 of your W-2).  IN is allowed to withhold and keep county tax (box 19 of the W-2). You can't get county tax refunded.

In the personal info section, when it asks if you made money in another state, answer NO, per the reciprocal state instructions, on that page. This will prevent TurboTax from thinking you need to file an IN return.
