Question

What is the portion of my adjusted gross income that applied to the time i resided outside of my state? Is it usually all, or 0 ?

this is part of the Additions to Federal Income, Part-year for DC state taxes. I am not sure what number to put in.

Did you live in two different states or live in one state and work in another? The question is to allocate income between the two states.
