You can edit the amount that TurboTax transferred from last year and enter the amount you actually received (should be the same as the amount reported on Form 1099-G), or you can just delete the form and reenter it again. Question

When entering a brand new 1099G for state income tax refund Turbotax says "You already have entered amounts for this state or locality". Is this a software bug?

Prior to escalating the question I attempted the workarounds as described - I deleted the 1099-G form and tried starting over to no avail. Unless there's another form in addition to the 1099G that needs to be removed I'm blocked from submitting my return.
