@molpa3 New Jersey is historically late with forms. You will not be able to print out and file until the state finalizes its forms and approves the TurboTax versions. The remaining forms are expected to be finalized on either February 10 or February 17.

Received e mail from NJ Div. of Taxation stating that all forms were available February 7 and ask Turbo Tax why considered unavailable.

Please understand that NJ must approve TT's versions (programming) of its forms before they can be released. Also note that NJ is often slow in issuing tax refunds, and says to allow 4 weeks after efiling before even starting (NJ's word) to check the status.

TT should provide customers the same answer, Here you are telling that forms on the list are available, but still not allowed to print out return ( simple return NJ-1040 page1 and page 2). When I call TT customer service and asked the same question when I will able to print our my return, I received answer that TT do not have date when software will be adjust. Great product.

I was previously able to print the Federal Tax but not the NJ tax form. At this point in time I cannot print either form.

I keep getting the message that "the printer is offline ".

I am able to print word documents from computer just not the tax forms . Any suggestions ?

A new release came from Turbo Tax yesterday for NJ forms. I can now print NJ forms. I suggest you restart your computer to clear up the offline printer issue. Otherwise perhaps clear your cache.
