Form SSA-1042S statement is the tax form that reports social security benefits that you received in the previous year if you are not a citizen and live outside of the United States.
You cannot use TurboTax to prepare your taxes if you are a non-resident. Attached is a link for Sprintax that you may use to prepare your taxes.
