Where can I fill out numbers D and E for CA 540 NR (Non-resident/part-year resident) Part II Section B 8z?

TurboTax asked me questions that enabled me to fill out Section A 1,2,3,7 and Section B 3, but didn't ask the question to fill out numbers for Section B 8z Other income. As a result, the colums D and E are blank, which is causing the total number to be wrong.

The amounts for Section B, Line 8, Other Income on Schedule CA (540NR) come from various entries.  

 

Click on State Taxes, California, and choose 'Income and Adjustments' from the Ready to Check screen.
