Where can I input a municipal/local tax I paid, on my federal tax return?

This is regarding the Portland Arts Tax, Portland OR.

    To enter your Portland Arts Tax, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Open your return.
    2. Click on Federal. 
    3. Click on Deductions & Credits. 
    4. Click on Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
    5. Click Start next to Income Taxes Paid.
    6. Click on Other Income Taxes Paid in 2024.
    7. Click Start next to Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099.
    8. Scroll down to Locality withholdings. 
    9. Enter Portland Arts Tax and the amount. Click Continue.
