Where do I enter 529 college savings contribution for Arkansas state return? I was not asked at all, and there's no link/place for it.

Enter your Arkansas 529 college savings contribution (up to $5,000) on the page, Tuition Savings Program under the State Taxes tab.

It is about midway through your state program. Just before the Border City Exemption page.
