Where do I enter ‘Oklahoma Income Tax Withheld’ amount on my Form 500-B?

I file a federal return and then have to file a non resident Oklahoma state return for oil royalties.  I always get a Form 500-B Nonresident Income Tax Withheld and no one ever knows what to do with this (even tax preparers).  I have found a place for the actual income but no where to put the withholding.

Go to Deductions & Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > Other Income Taxes > Other Income Taxes Paid in 2020 > Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099 and follow the prompts from there.
