The production taxes should be included on the Schedule E royalty property to reduce the taxable income. When you are working on this income, you need to add an expense to enter the production taxes. Sign into your TurboTax account > Select Wages and Income > Scroll to Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) Edit beside the activity that has production taxes > Select Add expense or asset If necessary click 'Show more' under expenses > Select Other Taxes > Continue Select Start beside Other Taxes and add your expense See the image attached
