Where do I enter Utah state tax paid in 2021 when I moved out of Utah in 2020, so not a resident of Utah during 2021?

after filing state and federal for 2020, Utah said I owed more and I paid that in 2021. Can I deduct that for 2021 taxes, if so where do I enter it?

On the next screen scroll down to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2021

Or enter state taxes paid in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to state taxes paid
